An outstanding Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz. Totally opaque black purple colour. Magnificent nose, quite refined with distinctive violet and vanilla top notes followed by blackcurrant, spice, truffle and liquorice allsorts. The palate flavours are generous, filled with layers of ripe plum, vanilla, confectionary and liquorice. Fine grained tannins with very long aftertaste of plum, vanilla, blackberry and spice.
