This wine was produced from ‘friendly’ growers – hence the name Friends, although any growers will be a friend so long as you pay your bills. Deep mauve crimson colour, with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, plum, stewed fruit, earth and vanilla. On the palate, plum and stewed fruit flavours. Soft tannins, followed by an aftertaste of sour cherries and stewed fruit.
