An excellent example of the blend. Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Concentrated nose of raspberry and spice followed by hints of blackberry and liquorice. The palate has very good weight and mouthfeel, with generous flavours of raspberry, blackpepper and liquorice followed by a hint of confectionary and vanilla. Fine grained, dry tannins, excellent length with very long raspberry liquorice and vanilla aftertaste.
