The regular Classic Rum is a mainstay of Cadenhead's portfolio, so as a special treat for 2019, they've released a single cask 17 year old from the original Classic rum stock laid down in 2001. The spirit is a mix of pot and column still styles. In Cadenhead's words expect, "a definite Jamaican influence with hints of diesel, burnt olive oil, chocolate orange cake and waxiness." 50% Alc./Vol.
