Bright straw colour with green tinges. Complex layered nose. Aroma of nut, yeast lees, toasted oak, with a melon fig end note. On the palate, flavours of melon, fig and yeast lees. Nut and toasted oak back palate. Creamy texture – good flavour but without the concentration expected from a reserve. Soft acid finish.
