A great summer wine with just a touch of residual sweetness. Made from a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Cabernet. Translucent mauve purple colour. Delightful aromatic nose of spice and raspberry with a hint of anise as an end note. Flavour filled palate with an unusual combination of sweetness emerging from the flavours of ripe cherry and Jonathan apple, overlayed by a spicy overtone. The wine has good depth and length, very well balanced with cherry apple, raspberry aftertaste. Enjoy!
