Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Deep straw colour, followed by a pale gold hue. Bright white mousse, with very fine bead and excellent persistence. Mouth filling palate, with creamy flavours over a lees and biscuit background. Crisp balanced finish followed by a biscuit, yeast lees and cashew aftertaste.
