Bright pale straw colour with an exotic nose of honey, nectarine, nut and yeast lees. The palate flavours are just as exotic with subtle nuances of quince and nectarine within a yeast lees background. An interesting and rather unusual style, that lacks depth and concentration. Yeast lees aftertaste with soft acid finish. Drink over the next 12 months.
