Bright straw colour with green tinge. The nose displays obvious barrel ferment aroma – yeast lees, cashew, biscuit and almond. The palate lets the wine down, displaying both coarseness and bitterness. Butterscotch flavours are present with melon, yeast lees and oak. Bitter butterscotch aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
