Brilliant deep, straw colour. Excellent nose with aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees, and biscuit followed by a nutty end note.On the palate flavours of nut, yeast lees, melon and fig, showing good complexity, with creamy texture. Aftertaste of spice, fig and yeast lees. Cellar 2-3 years.

Bright golden colour showing bottle development. Aroma of yeast lees, tea, biscuit, roasted almonds and honeycombe. The fruit flavours on the palate are drying out, with tertiary flavours dominant. Oxidised flor yeast flavours are evident, some broad citrus back palate over nuts and honey. Citrus and yeast lees aftertaste.
