The Old Station vineyard was planted in 1926. The old vines have yielded an impressive Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose is lifted with aroma of spice, vanilla, chocolate, earth and plum notes all apparent. Excellent palate weight with flavours of plum, earth and mint. Fine grained tannins followed by an aftertaste of plum, spice and liquorice.
