An excellent example from Leeuwin Estate, made in a warm year. Bright straw colour. Very impressive lifted nose with aroma of biscuit, butterscotch and yeast lees. The palate is mouthfilling with abundant ripe fruit flavours layered over yeast lees and spicy cinnamon oak. Long persistent melon and mango flavours, perfect balance, followed by very long cinnamon spice aftertaste. Cellar 3- 4 years.
