Brilliant gold colour with deep straw hue, showing bottle age. The nose is delicately floral. Aroma of confectionary and spice with endnotes of lychee and green tea. The acidity is beginning to fall away. Flavours of spice, lychee, loquat and honeycomb emerge. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of lychee, spice, honey and green tea.
