An outstanding wine. Bright straw colour with slightly green hue. Classic French White Burgundy nose – restrained, yet yielding aromas of cashews, yeast lees, biscuit and hazelnut. Mouthfilling palate. Superb flavours of fig, hazelnut and yeast lees over a layer of honeycomb. Creamy velvet smooth texture. Clean acid finish, followed by very long lees, fig and hazelnut aftertaste.
