An outstanding, full bodied red. Opaque, black crimson colour, with deep crimson hue. The nose is a joy. With superb aromas of confectionary, violets, spice and blood plum. The palate delivers on every expectation of the nose. Mouth filling. With generous ripe fruit flavours. Flavour of spice, black pepper, liquorice, plum, mocha, coffee and toasted oak fill the palate. Outstanding length and persistence. Velvet smooth tannin followed a very long aftertaste of liquorice, mocha and black pepper.
