Medium weight, bright crimson colour with mauve edges. Macerated spicy, cherry nose with hints of strawberry and a touch of Californian poppy on the end. The palate displays cherry spice flavours, however, it lacks the texture and power to make it a great Pinot. Soft tannins and relatively short cherry, strawberry aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
