The wine is a blend of 27% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc and 46% Cabernet Sauvignon. Opaque black crimson colour. The nose is a delight. Aroma of dark chocolate, mocca, cassis, cedar, spice and truffle. The palate flavours are refined and show excellent length and depth. Flavours of dark chocolate, cassis and spice emerge. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance followed by a very long aftertaste of blackcurrant and cedar.
