The Summers Chardonnay is named after Grant Burge's Mentor, who provided Grant with considerable financial expertise. Bright, pale straw colour. Delightful nose of grapefruit followed by butterscotch, subtle cinnamon and ripe pear end notes. Excellent weight with tropical fruit, peach and cinnamon palate flavours. Good length and persistence with very long spicy cinnamon aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
