Made from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is straight forward, tricked up with aromatic yeast, with tropical fruit aromas dominant. On the palate the tropical fruit is again dominant, followed by hints of apple and a slightly herbaceous background flavour. Soft acid levels. A good commercial wine.
