After a long run of very young to youngish Dailuaines, we've finally sourced one with a decent age statement. Distilled back in 1998, 301 bottles were charged from a single refill hogshead. Laing's tasting notes anticipate aromas and flavours of damp oak, ripe red fruits, chocolate buttons, cinnamon, vanilla cream and strawberry conserve with mocha and sweet barley through the aftertaste. 51.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
