The colour grabs your eye immediately - outstanding, vibrant crimson purple colour - from there on its down hill. The nose displays leafy, blackcurrant, spice aroma with a hint of cedar. The palate flavours are short, revealing inky blackberry, blackcurrant flavours. Firmish tannins with some vegetal characteristic emerging. Aftertaste of liquorice and blackcurrant with lingering dry tannins. Cellar 2-3 years.
