An outstanding Shiraz. Matured for 24 months in French and American Oak casks. Totally opaque black crimson colour. The nose is pronounced, with aroma of chocolate, liquorice, cinnamon and toasted oak and spice. The palate is mouthfilling with pronounced flavours of spice, blackberry, cinnamon, dark chocolate, spice, ripe plums and liquorice, with toasted oak and cinnamon in the background. Fine grained velvet smooth tannins followed by a long spicy cinnamon vanilla aftertaste. Cellar 4-5 years. (2005 – 2006)
