1998 Adelphi Bunnahabhain 23 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

The big gun of Adelphi's latest outturn is this spectacular Bunnah' from a single oloroso 'Gorda' cask. These are bigger than butts and can be up to 700 litres in capacity, which is the maximum permitted size for Scotch whisky. They're also rarely used in whisky maturation. The yield was 587 bottles at 53.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
