Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Region: The vineyard of Paje in the commune of Barbaresco
Characteristics: Medium cherry red in colour, with dried flowers and a hint of smokiness on the nose. The palate is intense showing lots of fruit. Although less full bodied than the other crus it remains very fresh while ageing.
Serve: allow to breath, and double decant delicately.
Try With: Very mature cheeses, Osso Buco or stuffed quail.
