Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Archetypically sweetly sugared, with coconut and maple syrup amongst its cereal backdrop. Palate: Carries a chewy molasses style, developing into rich corn oil with vanilla toffee. Finish: Coffee now appears, building to a wonderful sugar dusted, butter biscuit flavour.
