Deep straw colour. This is a generous full bodied Chardonnay which has been barrel fermented using 40% new French oak. Uplifted aromas of ripe peach, butterscotch and vanilla oak over some nutty background flavours. Full bodied with generous mouthfeel and flavours of peach ripe, melon and butterscotch. Clean finish with long butterscotch aftertaste. Cellar 3 - 4 years.
