Tasting note: From a distillery built and owned by Chivas Brothers. Matured in a Bourbon cask. Enticing, floral soft aromas of apple-cinnamon yogurt, pineapple pudding and hints of beeswax and cocoa. The poise between the sweet fruits, the citrus and the gently buzzing spices is predictably Speyside, while the creamy-yet-fresh finish and superb length nail it as a great example. In short: a melt-in-your-mouth malt. 48.80% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 261 bottles.
