Notes from Adelphi... Drawn from a French oak barrique, displaying a moderate bead and mahogany in colour. The spice-laden nose is rich with sweet vermouth, damson jam, parma violets, black forest gâteau, panettone and aniseed. On the palate we discover herbaceous rosemary, cherry cola, blackberry coulis, Old Spice and Fernet Branca. A lingering finish rounds this off wonderfully. 55% Alc./Vol. 282 bottles.
