The Grand-daddy whisky in the line-up and once again sporting a spectacular colour, the all-Pedro Ximenez (sweet sherry) matured cask #1106 will take you into hedonistic territory, promising notes of freshly baked gingerbread, spiced fruitcake with treacle, demerara sugar, star anise and lingering espresso cream. 667 bottles were decanted in 2023 at 50.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
