Tasting notes: [Retasted 14.9.2014] Bright copper ; Generous and pristine aromas with a medley of juicy dried fruits, vanilla and honey-smothered malt all showcased with brilliant purity and length. So good. Borderline 95 points. 46% Alc./Vol.

First tasted 15/01/2014 Deep brassy gold appearance. Somewhat muted - no doubt due to the size of the sample - but evidently unblemished sherry influences follow through to the more expressive palate that offers a classic medley of dried fruits, honeyed malt and vanilla showing excellent concentration and purity. Dries towards the finish. Very well balanced, demonstrates considerable length. We’d like to revisit this as we expect a more generous sample would add several points at least.. 90 points
