Belgrove Shiraz Cask Cask Strength Rye Whisky (500ml)

Another curious take on Rye from the ever innovating Belgrove Distillery, this time all-matured in a 100 litre cask that formerly contained Shiraz. Three years in barrel has bestowed a wonderful burnished copper tint to the whisky. As with previous incarnations, this is a farm-to-bottle project, bottled non chill filtered by Peter Bignell at his garagiste operation at Kempton outside Hobart.
