Using their London dry as a base, this annual small batch release adds Christmas pudding and cherries to the distillation as well as a number of complimentary fruits and spices. Tasting note [2019 Release] Pale gold. ‘Christmas in a bottle' - lots of baking spice (clove, nutmeg, cinnamon) as well as dried fruits (figs, raisins) while more traditional gin notes keep things fresh.
