Nardini Tagliatella Liqueur (700ml)

“La Tagliatella” is a registered trademark of Nardini for their fruity liqueur with an Aquavite di vinaccia grappa base. It makes an alternative to sweet vermouth.

Tasting note: Bright polished copper appearance. Opens mildly fruity and confectionary like, shortly after revealing a distinctive maraschino cherry note. A silky, soft entry builds into an intriguing, gently bittersweet profile of candied peel combined with a vaguely herbaceous quality; difficult to pin down, this lies somewhere between Rosso Vermouth and Campari. Maraschino and citrus peel return on the finish. Aftertaste is mildly bitter and repeats the candied peel note with good staying power. Would be refreshing over ice. 35% Alc./Vol.
