Usually reserved for guests visiting the Château, this hard-to-find liqueur is crafted from blackcurrants grown in the estate's own orchards. The berries are crushed, then sweetened with sugar and fortified with Rothschild's Eaux de Vie. Delicious on its own or mixed with Champagne for the most decadent 'Kir Royale' imaginable. 672 individually numbered bottles produced. 23% Alc./Vol.
