Sake produced by Sun Masamune at its Penrith, New South Wales brewery is made to the highest Japanese quality standard using the famous Australian grown Japonica rice. Traditional brewing processes and strict quality control gives this sake a smooth balanced flavour. A specially developed fermentation using sparkling wine yeast in combination with water from the Blue mountains has produced a high quality sake of some distinction. Go-Rin is suitable for consumption alone or with any meal. 14.5% alc./vol.
