2020 Motley Cru Shiraz

A small motley cru of wine geeks are the brains behind this moreish Central Victorian Shiraz. Fruit was sourced from two sites, one on the ancient river soils of Goulburn River which brings rich, vibrant fruit to the blend and the other on granite/ironstone soil which adds depth and spice.

Loaded with flavour this bold Central Victorian Shiraz well and truly over delivers.

Impenetrable inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Blackpepper infused blackberry and liquorice top notes are trailed by scents of vanillin oak and hints of earthy dark chocolate. Rich and dark, this weighty Shiraz features a generous dose of blackberry and liquorice fruits over inky dark chocolate, spicy vanillin oak and earth characters. The plush mouthfeel supported by a sturdy tannin structure. Slightly dryish finish with a boldly flavoured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
