Brilliant water like colour with hints of green around the edges. Intense lime juice, lemon and green apple scents burst out of the glass with some chalky talc and steely mineral notes also evident. Zippy lemon and lime fruits have a racy feel underpinned by crunchy acidity. Wet steel and flinty mineral nuances flowing into the taut lemon and lime driven aftertaste that shows plenty of zest.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

Picked at precisely the right instant, shot with exact lime and Granny Smith apple fruit. Fine-tuned phenolic control is tricky at this level of concentration, calling for a steady hand in both the vines and the winery. Drink by 2030.
