Bindi’s Dixon Pinot Noir is sourced from two vineyard plantings, one in 1988 and the other in 2001. Fruit is fermented in open vats, 100% de-stemmed and matured in French oak barrels of which 10-15% are new for a period of 10 months.

Notes from producer....
The 2019 Dixon spent 10 months in barrel and was bottled in mid February. This wine is a composition of sections of the original 1988 planting and the 2001 Kaye vineyard. It has a lifted nose of roses, red cherries, strawberries, rhubarb and spice. The palate is fresh, supple, smooth, builds in texture and has good length. As always, it will be more complex and fuller in three plus years.
