2019 Schild Estate Shiraz

Inky black at its heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Freshly crushed dark cherry, plum and liquorice scents mix with graphite and blackpepper notes. Medium to full bodied the palate sports a generous flavour profile of dark plum, dark cherry and liquorice fruits over a back drop of spicy vanillin cedar, graphite and pepper. Velvet like tannins with good freshness to the finish and a savoury mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
