Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green running around the outskirts. Leaping out of the glass are intense lime juice, green apple and lemon scents followed by some wet steel and slatey mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime, green apple and citrus decorate the palate underpinned by chalky talc and steely mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a long racy and intensely flavoured aftertaste.
