Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up pear, nectarine and subtle honeyed nougat like scents followed by hints of biscuity oak and lemon butter. Mid weighted the palate opens with a gentle creaminess, nectarine, pear and lemon butter flavours overlaying biscuity oak, nougat and gentle spice. Finishes fresh with good length and a refined aftertaste.
