Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lime infused with fresh herbs are trailed by subtle slatey mineral notes. Light and refreshing the palate sports delicious pear and lime fruits which sit over a back drop of slate and fresh herb infusions. Finishes dry and crisp with a lick of saline like minerality to the aftertaste.
