2018 McGlashan Wallington Estate Chardonnay

Matured in French oak for 12 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fleshy peach and nectarine aromas lead the way with subtle dried honey, biscuity oak and gun flint notes also evident. Medium bodied, rich peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey flavours have a fleshy feel yet also possess a zingy freshness. Traces of biscuity oak and spice sit underneath. Concludes with a bright luscious aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
