2018 Marchand & Burch Villages Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. A fragrant bouquet of dark cherries, strawberries and forest floor tinged with a whiff of violets emerge from the glass followed by some meaty characters and spicy cedar. Delicious juicy dark cherry flavours fill the mouth with strawberry, forest floor, a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar elements also chiming in. Fresh balanced acidity and fine tannins. Good power with a finish that's savoury and medium to long.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
