Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green to the outskirts. Aromas of passionfruit intermix with herbaceous gooseberries, green apple and grassy asparagus characters. Generous flavours of gooseberries, green apples and limes show good intensity over a back drop herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry and refreshing with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
