2018 Josef Chromy Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red core with black tinged edges and a light crimson red hue. Subtle violet scents lead into a ripe dark cherry and strawberry filled sniff with subtle game, forest floor, dried herb and spicy cedar notes ensuing. Rich and supplely textured the palate is decorated with spicy dark cherry and ripe strawberry fruits which are underpinned by meaty characters, forest floor, light cedar and dried herbs. Velvety tannins finishing with good freshness and power on the medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
