2018 Colle Corviano Sangiovese Terre di Chieti

Deep dark purple core with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Very fragrant the nose offers up ripe red cherry and red raspberry aromas which meld into subtle dusty earth, fresh herb and spice notes. Fresh, juicy and vibrant the palate is decorated with ripe red berry fruit followed by fresh herb infusions and subtle spicy earth nuances. Nicely balanced bright acidity with velvety tannins and a vibrantly fruited medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
