2018 Alejandro Carmenere

Dense dark red black core with a deep dark red hue. A mix of freshly crushed blackcurrant and blackberry aromas are followed by some liquorice, light tobacco, subtle dried herbs and spicy cedar. Medium bodied the palate has juicy dark cherry and blackcurrant fruit sitting over a cedary tobacco back drop. Spicy finish with finely grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste that has lingering spicy cedary tobacco characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
