Brilliant very pale straw colour with a glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and citrus are married to dried honey, biscuity nougat and subtle gun flint notes. Medium weight, nicely concentrated fleshy white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours sit over delicate citrusy nougat, biscuity oak and gun flint elements. Lightly creamed textural feel finishing with plenty of freshness and a long, elegant, drawn out aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Contract-grown fruit is whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in French oak (25% new), lees-stirred, mlf prevented, matured for 9 months. Elegantly composed and balanced, with white peach, pear and citrus flavours spread across a lengthy canvas. An each way bet, now or later. Xanadu at work again. Drink by 2029.
