2017 Torbreck Woodcutter's Roussanne Viognier Marsanne

A blend of 42% Roussanne, 38% Viognier and 20% Marsanne. Brilliant water like core with a distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts. Delicate aromas of pear, apricot and honeysuckle emerge from the glass followed by faint lemon butter and spicy citrus notes. Light in body the palate has a youthful freshness to it, dishing up an elegant flavour profile of ripe pears, apricot and honeysuckle over some lemon butter, lively citrus and spice. Nicely textured. Finishes dry with bright vibrant acidity and an aftertaste of fresh pears, apricots, subtle honeysuckle infusions, lemon butter and light spice.
